General Conditions
By submitting an order, you are accepting the Terms and Conditions of www.restock-direct.co.uk website.
These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
By using this website you do so in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right, at our discretion, to refuse to supply any goods you order.
Payment
Payment is accepted by most major debit and credit cards including Visa, Mastercard & American Express. We also accept Shop Pay, PayPal & Google Pay.
Payment must be received prior to delivery of goods unless a credit account is agreed. For all credit sales the Buyer shall make payment for the Goods in full without deduction, within 30 days month end from date of Invoice.
All goods remain the property of Restock Resources Ltd until paid in full.
If we do not supply the goods we will refund any money already paid.
Prices
All prices shown are exclusive of VAT which will be added at the rate applicable when you place your order. We are entitled to make price adjustments, and these are subject to change without notice at any time.
Delivery
Delivery will be attempted next working day for items that are in stock. Any dates given for delivery by the company are estimates only and we cannot be held responsible for any delays, losses, costs, or expenses incurred by you or any other person or company arising directly or indirectly. You will be responsible for the goods once delivery is made.
Occasionally orders may be sent as multiple deliveries, subject to operational circumstances at our company.
If your shipment is incomplete or has incorrect items, please contact us within two business days of receipt.
Faulty Goods / Returns
All returns must be authorised by our customer service department.
If you wish to return faulty goods for a refund or replacement, please call 01376 440 040 or email returns@restock-direct.co.uk
We can only accept the return of non-faulty goods if they are notified to us within five business days of delivery. The goods must be complete, unused and in the condition in which they were received. A refund will be given providing the return has been agreed by us and the goods are received back in a resalable condition, less a minimum 20% handling & restocking fee.
Force Majeure
We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under a contract that is caused by events outside our reasonable control or due to our compliance with any applicable laws or regulations.
