Payment

How can I pay for my order?

Payment is accepted by most major debit and credit cards including Visa, Mastercard & American Express. We also accept Shop Pay, PayPal & Google Pay.

Will I receive a VAT Invoice?

Your VAT invoice will be emailed after your order is processed and dispatched. You can also view and download your order within the Account section. We don’t ship orders with printed VAT Invoices. 


Trade Account 

How do I setup a Trade Account?

Please click the link at the top of the page Open a Trade Account and follow the instructions. Upon approval a 30-day month end credit facility will be given. You will receive an email within 24-48 hours confirming your account is active.

How do I add an order to my Trade Account?

Once your account is setup, you can add online orders to your credit facility by selecting the Bank Deposit option within the payment area. Please note if you exceed your credit limit, we reserve the right to suspend any outstanding deliveries or cancel your order. All goods remain the property of Restock Resources Ltd until paid in full.

Products we sell 

Are all products on the site Original (OEM)?

Yes, every item we sell are genuine manufacturers products. We do not offer remans or compatibles.

What product grades do you offer?

  • A Grade
    Pristine condition, no marks, sealed box.
  • A- Grade
    Slight imperfections, sealed box.
  • B Grade
    Defective packaging, tape marks or tears, sealed box.
  • C Grade
    Open box, contents checked and sealed.

All items are inspected and fully guaranteed to be original, its just the outer packaging condition that differs.


Delivery 

What time is cut-off for same day dispatch?

Place your order before 4pm (Monday-Friday) and we will process for next working day delivery.

How do I track my delivery?

DPD tracking details will be emailed once your order is processed.

What are your delivery options and costs?

Please click Shipping for further delivery information.

Do you drop ship to customers plain label?

Yes, we can deliver direct to your customer using a plain label delivery note.

Can I save multiple delivery addresses?

Yes, you can save multiple delivery addresses in the Account section for quick repeat orders.

Can you deliver Same Day?

Yes, subject to destination and driver/courier availability – please enquire before ordering.


Returns & Cancellations 

How do I return a faulty item?

In the unlikely event your product is faulty please call customer services on 01376 440 040 and we will be happy to assist you (Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm) or email returns@restock-direct.co.uk

Have you received the wrong items?

If you believe that you haven’t received the correct items, please contact us on 01376 440 040 (Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm) or email returns@restock-direct.co.uk and we will resolve as soon as possible.

How do I cancel my order?

Once the order has been placed and you have received your shipping confirmation, it may not be possible to cancel the order. To request a cancellation please call us on 01376 440 040 or email info@restock-direct.co.uk as soon as possible after checkout quoting your Sales Order reference.
